Lift Check Valve

Lift Check Valve

A type of non-return valve that allows fluid to flow in one direction and prevents reverse flow using a vertically moving disc. When the upstream pressure exceeds the downstream pressure, the disc is lifted off the seat; when flow reverses, the disc returns to the seat to stop backflow. With a simple and durable design, lift check valves provide reliable sealing, especially in horizontal installations with high pressure or clean media.

    Benefits

    • Positive shutoff: Ensures leak-free backflow prevention

    • Durable and long-lasting: Fewer moving parts reduce wear

    • Suitable for high pressure: Strong body structure withstands demanding conditions

    • Compact design: Ideal for pipelines with limited space

    • Low maintenance: Easy access and minimal internal friction

    • Precise operation: Especially effective in clean liquid or gas services
